To meet the growing and diverse demands of our domestic and international markets, CEC has been going through constant corporate structural adjustment since 2006, spinning off several individual companies that focus on a specialized field of expertise or market. These efforts resulted in the creation of a new parent company, Continental Holdings Corporation (CHC), which was incorporated in April 2010. CHC is listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange – TSE3703.
