Installation is the last step in our Building Process that all the components from the previous steps come together. Erection of Structure starts from the Braced Bay with settling of two Steel Frames at the braced position before placing new frame. The process is translated for the next frame. Roof Sheeting and Wall Cladding is started after adjusting rafter frame and straight purlines,clean-up and paint all scratches on the Rafter and Purlin. Trims and Flasings as required are Installed at the end to give a glimpse of Finally finished Pre-Engineered Steel Building.

The Primary Framing Structure of a Pre-Engineered Steel Building is an assembly of H/I Shaped members often referred to as I-beams. In P.E.B the I beams used are usually formed by welding together steel plates to form the I-Section. The I beams are then field-assembled by High-Tensile nut-bolts to form the entire frame of the P.E.B. Some times we taper the framing members (Varying in web depth) according to the load requirements.

Pre-Engineered Steel Building doesn’t require any specific maintainance besides the cleaning of Water Gutters prior to every Monsoon Season. Following Safety while doing so is must which mainly includes : Do not set your foot on the high waves while walking on the Roof or else steel panels may be crashed and can cause permanently damage or leakage. Also avoid walking on the bright panels.
